INGREDIENTS

rice

3 bowls of steamed rice

kimchi

1 cup of chopped kimchi

go

1 green onion, chopped

sesame

3 teaspoons of sesame oil

gochu

2-3 tablespoons of gochujang

seaweed

1 sheet of seasoned seaweed

DIRECTIONS

Step 1.
Heat up the pan and stirfry kimchi with vegitable for 1 minute.

Step 2.
Add rice, kimchi juice, water, and gochujang. Stir all the ingredients together for about 7 minutes.

Add sesame oil and remove from the heat.

Step 4.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion, roasted seaweed, and sesame seeds.
Serve right away.
